After selecting the products you wish to purchase and adding them to your shopping cart, you should proceed to checkout to complete your order.
At checkout stage one you are required to enter the details of the card holder, any special offer codes you have, and finally confirm that the details given are correct. These details must be the card holder's. If the details provided are not the card holder's, the proceeding transaction process will fail.
At checkout stage two you are required to check the billing totals, before confirming the total price and proceeding to payment details stage.
After completing checkout stage two, you will be automatically transferred to the secure Protx payment form.
Upon entering the secure Protx server, you should notice a padlock symbol at the bottom right of your browser window.
This symbol denotes that the page you are viewing is secure, and that all transmissions are encrypted in order to protect the details provided. If the padlock is not immediately visible, you should in the first instance ensure that your browser's status bar is enabled. If for any reason the padlock symbol still doesn't appear, abort the transaction and contact us immediately at the following address sales@glassbasins.co.uk
After ensuring that the payment form page is in secure mode, you should proceed to enter your payment card details exactly as they appear on the card. If the card details do not match the details provided at checkout stage one, the transaction process will again fail.
Upon successfully entering the correct details, click proceed to complete your transaction. After your details have been verified, you will receive confirmation emails from us and Protx listing the specific details of your transaction.
We recommend that you do not communicate your payment card details to anyone, including glassbasins, by e-mail. As email content is not guaranteed to be secure, we cannot be responsible for any losses you may incur in transmitting information to us in this way.
