We deliver to anywhere on the UK mainland.

Your delivery date

Delivery is usually within 24 Hours providing you order is placed before 12pm . If you’re ordering Friday - Sunday we aim to deliver by Tuesday. Should you have any queries regarding your order please call 0870 8958000 (Open 9am-5:30pm Mon-Fri).



Free Collections in Person
You may save on delivery charges and collect your goods from our Showroom / Warehouse in Wembley North London. We are open 7 days a week for Collection.

We also take payment in store by a credit or debit card.

4 steps to a hassle-free delivery

We've made our delivery procedures as simple as possible. To ensure yours runs smoothly, just follow our checklist:

1. Check that the delivery date, order details and delivery address on your invoice are correct.
2. Clear as much space at home to store the boxed items when they're delivered. The more room you can spare, the easier it will be to check the items.
3. Check the delivery as soon as possible.
4. If you're arranging an independent fitter, don't schedule installation work to begin until at least three days after your confirmed delivery date. This will enable you to resolve any technical questions or to order specific additional fittings as necessary.
Need to change your order or delivery details?
If you need to change your details or cancel the order, you can phone our telesales team on
0870 8958000 who will be happy to help. Unfortunately, late changes are likely to affect your delivery dates.
Important

All items that are delivered must be signed for. Once you sign for the delivery you are signing that the item reached you in perfect condition. We request that when you take delivery you inspect the package first before you sign for it. All drivers are aware that you MUST check the package first before you sign for it. All items are checked before they leave our warehouse for damage and are insured in transit and thus if damage occurs in transit they are covered. Once you sign for the item, if you find it is damaged we can not refund or replace the item! It is your responsibility to check the item. If you find it is damaged you must inform the driver and not take delivery of the item. The driver will then sign the delivery note as damaged. You must then inform us and if possible take pictures of the damaged item and email them to us. We will then arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. Your statutory rights are not affected.
