All items that are delivered must be signed for. Once you sign for the delivery you are signing that the item reached you in perfect condition. We request that when you take delivery you inspect the package first before you sign for it. All drivers are aware that you MUST check the package first before you sign for it. All items are checked before they leave our warehouse for damage and are insured in transit and thus if damage occurs in transit they are covered. Once you sign for the item, if you find it is damaged we can not refund or replace the item! It is your responsibility to check the item. If you find it is damaged you must inform the driver and not take delivery of the item. The driver will then sign the delivery note as damaged. You must then inform us and if possible take pictures of the damaged item and email them to us. We will then arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. Your statutory rights are not affected.
